Kinus Teshuva

Rabbi Mordechai Shifman (Head of School, Emek Hebrew Academy) and Rabbi Avrohom Stulberger (Dean & Rosh HaYeshiva, VTHS) will be speaking at a Kinus Teshuva Monday, September 9 in the VTHS Chandler Campus Beis Medrash. Program begins at 8:00 PM and Maariv will begin at 9:00 PM.

Team Building

As part of the Teacher’s Orientation, our staff participated in Team Building Exercises in Simi Valley. Here is a picture of the male staff members (the female staff members were camera shy).

Last Summer Mishmar of the Season

Tonight (August 10) will be the the last Mishmar of the Summer. Mincha at 7:45 followed by learning, vaad by Rabbi Stulberger at 9:00, Maariv at 9:30. Chulent + Sushi will be served.

A large crowd joined us for mishmar last week. In addition to the kol Torah and learning, evryone greatly enjoyed the chulent and sushi. Please join us this Thursday (July 25) for the next mishmar. Mishmar with Chulent +Shushi

Summer Learning

Just because it is the Summer, doesn’t mean we take a vacation from learning. The day begins early at VTHS with minyanim for Shacharis at 6:00 and at 8:00. Trustees 2013

The consensus opinion is that the VTHS Trustees Dinner 2013 was the best Trustees Dinner ever! The venue (the Liberman’s Backyard) was gorgeous. The tables were set beautifully.
