After today’s Orientation, the freshmen were treated to bowling (seems that none of them could beat Rabbi Grama’s score) and pizza. Everyone is looking forward to the first day of school on Wednesday.

The Boys Division was treated to breakfast at the end of the year award ceremony and siyum.
Trustees 2013
The consensus opinion is that the VTHS Trustees Dinner 2013 was the best Trustees Dinner ever! The venue (the Liberman’s Backyard) was gorgeous. The tables were set beautifully. Girls Weekaton
The VTHS Girls Division spent the night in Avalon on Catalina Island.

The Freshman concluded their Weekaton with ravening, breakfast, and a stop at Coffee Bean before paintball shooting.
Weekaton Day 1
The VTHS Boys Division freshman began their weekaton today with ice skating, ATV riding and a BBQ dinner. They are on their way to some late-night bowling before calling it a day. Tomorrow… paintball.
Auction 2013 Pictures
The overflow crowd at this year’s Auction were entertained by Mark Schiff. The winners left with their prizes, but everyone left with a smile.
Purim Chagigah 5773
This year’s VTHS Purim Chagigah was once of the best ever! Nearly all the students participated together with many guests from throughout the city. Award Ceremony
As part of the Rosh Chodesh Breakfast, students in each shiur were presented with awards for Achievement and Excellence in Torah and for Midos.
Simi Valley Shabbaton
One of the highlights of the the Shabbaton was our melave malka. The gaga tournament was followed by a catered meal and then ComedySportz had everyone laughing for the remainder of the evening.
Back Home Again
The Boys Division returned home today in the afternoon after stopping in Bakersfield for some bowling. The boys deserve kudos for their behavior on one of the best trips VTHS ever had! Below are pictures of yesterday’s white-water rafting.
