Freshman Trip Day
The ninth grade boys spent Thursday out and about on their “Trip Day.” After Gemara shiur they left for Gol Soccer Center (I spelled it correctly). They broke into four teams. Girls Runbelievable
We had separate 10K runs this Sunday. The Girls started first early in the morning. Many staff members participated. There was choice between 5K and 10K. Everyone had a great time.
Boys Runbelievable
It was perfect weather for our Runbelievable 10K run. Many of the rebbeim participated (although some chose the 5K option).
Girls Tashlich Trip
The Girls Division went to the beach for Tashlich and fun.
Shabbos Shuva Melave Malka
This was a busy weekend. We started with a Friday Night Oneg at Rabbi Striks’ home and concluded with a heart-felt Melave Malka at the home af Rabbi Semmel. The lively singing and feelings of friendship were a great start to the new school year.

A Day in Court
A group of Valley Torah boys joined our alumnus, attorney Lou Shapiro (’98), as he made his rounds at the Airport Courthouse. Lou visits the school often to mentor and speak to our students about life as a frum attorney.

Lag B’Omer in the Park
The Boys Division celebrated Lag B’Omer in the park with sports and a delicious BBQ.
Parent BBQ
All VTHS parents were invited to an end of year BBQ on the Boys Division Sports Court lawn. Everyone enjoyed the great food, friends and a trivia game.
