Alumni Return
Many of our alumni have returned home from yeshiva for Pesach. We invited them to join us for the last day of school. They enjoyed the shmuess and a BBQ with our current students. They then faced of with our seniors in a Senior vs. Alumni basket ball game.
Boys Purim Chagigah 5784
Even though we started late due to Purim on Sunday, our Hawaiian Chagigah packed a punch!
LAPD Safe Driving
The LAPD spent the morning working with our upperclassmen to discuss the dangers of impaired driving.
Seniors vs. Staff Volleyball
After winning the school-wide volleyball tournament, the seniors challenged the rebbeim to a grand volleyball championship. This time, experience trumped youth and the staff won two games to one.
Class Trips
Over the last month, most of the school enjoyed time together on class trips. The tenth grade went to San Diego for a Shabbaton. They started their trip kayaking in La Jolla. Generations Learning – Adar Edition
Fathers, grandfathers, uncles and brothers joined together on Sunday for breakfast and learning.
Rosh Chodesh Adar Park Trip
The boys enjoyed a surprise trip to the park – and pizza – in honor of Rosh Chodesh Adar.
Magical Rosh Chodesh

Siyum Breakfast
Rabbi Davidowitz’s 9th grade honors class walked to Pacific Kosher for a deluxe breakfast in honor of their siyum on the first perek of Makkos.

Rabbi Semmel’s 10th grade honors Gemara class celebrated their siyum on the first perek of Makkos with a BBQ.
CIF Championship Brackets
The CIF Southern Section released the brackets for the Championship Series. Valley Torah ended the season as the Heritage League champions. Here is the bracket:
Israel Trip Roundup – Boys
Rabbi Stulberger visited our alumni in their yeshivos. He gave a vaad in Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim, and hosted a Boys Division Alumni Dinner. On his last Shabbos in Israel, Rabbi Stulberger gathered with the Boys for the Israel Shabbaton. Right after Shabbos Rabbi Stulberger scooted out to make a flight back to LA.
