Sunday’s Hachnasat Sefer Torah was a milestone event in Valley Torah history. I marks the first time that our Daily Sephardic Minyan has their own Sefer Torah! It was a swelteringly hot day outside. But, that didn’t cool down the excitement for our Annual Boys Division Back to School Bash! Most of the activity moved to the Dodge Ball tournament and the shady umbrellas.

Second Day #weekaton2025 Highlights
On our only full day in Yosemite, we hiked the Mist Trail to Vernal Falls. It was a strenuous and exhilarating hike. More pictures and details to come.
First day #weekaton2025 Highlights
We left early today for our Yosemite Weekaton. Our first stop was boating at Bass Lake. After dinner, we checked in at the beautiful Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite. We heard a shiur by Rabbi Majesky, davened and then returned to our rooms. There is a big day planned for tomorrow in Yosemite Valley.
