Raffle Data
We surpassed our goal of selling at least 500 raffle tickets! Over 530 tickets were sold and nearly $50,000 was raised. Over $34,000 of that total was raised by students of the school.
The 11th grade boys sold the most tickets (100) and raised the most money ($8,880), but their per-student total of $286.40 was just behind the 10th grade boys’ total per-student of $317.40 (84 tickets and $7,935). So, it looks like the 10th grade boys will be going on the ski trip!
The drawing will take place this Wednesday (Feb. 3) at 10:00 PM EST. We will post the winners names as soon as we hear the news. Good luck!

East Coast Alumni Melave Malka
This past motzaei Shabbos, over forty alumni and their spouses attended a melave malka in Far Rockaway, New York. Rabbi Stulberger was in New York for the weekend and greeted them.

VTHS Boys Alumni In Israel
There was a VTHS Boys Division alumni gathering and dinner in Israel this past weekend. It was held at Shaarei Simcha (a restaurant more commonly called “Shaarei Schnitzel”). Alumni from yeshivos across Israel attended in addition to many alumni who have moved to Israel with their families. Many of the alumni gave divrei Torah. Pictures below.

Special Shabbos
This Shabbos, Rabbi Shaya Cohen will be giving the shmuess after seudah shlishis (Mincha on Shabbos afternoon begins at 4:30 and Maariv at 6:00).
There will be a kiddush this Shabbos (SuWBS) sponsored by the Striks family in memory of their relatives that perished during the churban in Europe.
Shacharis on Sunday and throughout vacation will begin at 8:00.
