Valley Torah is very proud of our vibrant daily Sefardi minyan, where our boys approach tefillah with true seriousness and kavod. Until now, our minyan has relied on a borrowed Sefer Torah from Ohr Letzion.
We are thrilled to announce that for the very first time, the Valley Torah Sefardi Minyan will have its very own Sefer Torah!
The David Assaraf, z”l, Sefer Torah will now have a permanent place in our Aron Kodesh, to be used with pride and reverence every Monday and Thursday.
The Hachnasat Sefer Torah will take place this Sunday, 28, 2025. See below for more details:
We will begin filling in the letters at 2:00 PM at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Bayar (12608 Cumpston St.). The procession will begin at 3:15 PM and should reach the Valley Torah Boys Campus by 4:00 PM for more dancing.
