To help the boys have a healthier relationship with their phones and themselves, we just inaugurated the ALIVE program.
It is a completely voluntary, incentive based program where the boys have their phones setup to remove all social media and have a filter installed.
There will be monthly incentives for the ALIVE members, culminating in an all-expense paid, five day trip-of-a-lifetime to Florida!
Within our first two days, almost half of the school signed up (60 boys). Here are some of them waiting for the filters to be installed on their phones
