A. The Hilton Universal City
Q. When should I be there?
A. The reception starts at 6:00 and the dinner at 7:00. Since La Gondola is catering the whole event, I would be there right at 6:00 so I don’t miss any avocado eggrolls and the other goodies (the reception is REALLY good).
If you can’t be there right on time, here is the low-down: They will start to close the reception at 6:50 because they are going to get everything started at 7:00 (no, not Jewish time, Pacific Standard Time). There will be salad on the table. Your dinner will be served right away.
The dishes will be cleared by 7:45 and the program will begin (correct, if you come after 7:35, you probably won’t get a dinner)
Q. When will I get home?
A. The evening will conclude by 9:00. But, you will probably want to linger and talk to your friends.
