A new Sefer Torah was donated to Valley Torah by Avrohom Gavriel Elimelech, Director of Kinyan Seforim, in memory of his parents. The procession was a bit dampened by the rain, but the celebration went on as scheduled. Highlights of the Hachnosas Sefer Torah are below.
